Extraordinarily unusual engineered and patented tool by Arnolds veterinary surgical instrument makers. At first I thought it was a farriers tool and it may well have connections as it looks a really good tool to trim horses hoofs. It’s a bit of an unknown entity as it is very a specialised tool but to the right person i’m sure it will be a perfect fit.
Tooltique was originally started in the late 70s selling quality reconditioned used tools and Antique Tools to the public, we once had a physical shop many came to visit here in Norwich. Times have changed and now the business trades solely online, presenting vintage old tools to a wider worldwide audience.
