Tooltique sells sharpened tools and we wrap all sharp edges with protective card or packaging when they are dispatched. By purchasing our products customers are advised whether a tool is sharp in the listings prior to purchase and customers accept by purchasing them that they will open all packages with due care and attention.
All parcels come with an external paper invoice so that they can be identified by customers prior to opening. It is also a customers responsibility to ensure no children or partially sighted person opens packages.
We cannot accept responsibility for those who injure themselves on tools bought here and customers accept full responsibility of their competence to handle them safely.
If sharp tools is a concern, a customer has every right to request that their newly purchased tool edge to be dulled down, this can be done by adding a note to their orders in our checkout.
