The wife tackled me as soon as I got home last night hitting me sideways with the statement “How can you have all those tools and I haven’t even got a screwdriver in the house”! Umm, I hesitated before saying “if my tools were here i’d never get a day off”.
It got me thinking about that notorious top draw in the kitchen often referred to the mans drawer that contains everything useful that isn’t ever needed, like flat batteries for example.
Whilst browsing the internet I came across an image of a tool drawer and wondered why all those kitchen companies hadn’t thought of adding something like this to that infamous top drawer.
Then I thought of my answer and thought what an awful idea if you work with your hands but would be a great idea for my brother in-law who hates DIY!
