This is a very unusual antique block plane with a brass buckle lever cap similar to an early rare Stanley 110 with the raised casting at the knob.
With the addition of an infill rear handle which obviously helped the user.
I feel this plane was either cast and modeled from an original or could even be original however cannot say for sure as I’ve never seen one like this before
