Good no 1 type dovetail constructed plane measuring 15 1/2″ long with a rosewood infill dates to between 1867 – 1879 and was made for Mrs. George Buck at 247 Tottenham court road who were retailers often selling Norris Planes under their brand. The Norris Iron has long since gone probably used up by the craftsman who owned it and now has a Marples Hibernia Iron.
