This is one of our recently sold items:
Vintage Clark no.5 19th century glue pot measuring 8″ wide and 7″ high this is an exceptionally big size probably used for larger jobs, It’s nice and clean with NO paint or brighteners used. You would be hard pressed to find a better example. Sold as a decorative collectable item however if it is to be used I would recommend the internal parts that are in contact with water are sealed painted with a heat resistant paint to reduce the affects of corrosion.
