It’s rare to find one in its original box but this Hobbies plane has benefited from it as it’s in good condition. Not a well known as other manufacturers such as Griffiths or Frost in Norwich, this successful company of its time was based in Dereham, Norfolk operated as a model makers supplier from 1895 and these planes were introduced in the early 1950’s. Generally these are found without the box and tatty condition but this one as you can see is in good order. Hobbies has its place in history and this plane would compliment a collection for this very reason.
